Delivery
Cards will be sent 1st class royal mail appropriately packaged. Prints will be sent registered mail in rigid postal tubes. Please allow 10 days for delivery on all items. Please ensure you have filled in the correct address for delivery. Delivery address must also be the address on your payment card. We dispatch all items direct from our headquarters.
Payments
All transactions are made in GBP (UK pounds sterling). All transactions are in English. Currency converters link XE Universal Currency Converter. World pay or Paypal carries out card authorisations; we do not keep any records of card details. We do not store any personal data. We do not sell or offer any personal information to third parties. Prices of goods may change without prior warning. New prices will only apply to orders placed after the time and date of the price change
Refunds policy
Under certain circumstances a refund will be given at the discretion of the management. Customers are not 'entitled' to a refund once they are using the service, but there may be circumstances where a refund is deemed necessary - e.g. technical problems where the customer is not getting the service they believed they signed up for.
Refunds will not be given except in the event of the item being damaged or incorrectly sent.
Damaged items must be returned within seven days (including all damaged packaging.)
Full refunds (including P&P) or replacement items will be sent free of additional postal costs within 10 days.
Ordering
When you place an order to purchase a product from clairegrove.co.uk we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
Your order is a purchase offer to clairegrove.co.uk, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
